- Is it customary to tip the
chauffeur?
Yes, normally in the 15-20% range similar
to tipping wait
staff in a restaurant. Some limousine services dictate an automatic gratuity but we
feel strongly that tips should be based on your perception of the service
each time you ride with us.

- When can I make a reservation?
Just about anytime you'd like! Our "live"
reservationists are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00
p.m.; on weekends they are available from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
If you call during the night, you can leave all the necessary data with our
overnight dispatcher or on our
voice mail system (please include your name, a call-back phone number, date
of travel, number of people, flight time, arriving airline, flight number
and departure city).
You can make on-line reservations at your convenience from

preferably at least 12 hours prior to your trip. We
will in turn confirm your reservation via e-mail.

- How much advance notice do you need?
We like to know at least the day before you travel, however
with a fleet of 12 vehicles, we are flexible enough to work you into the
schedule just about any time.
If service is needed prior to noon the
next day, please let us know prior to 5:00 p.m. the night before.
If you call for service with less than a two-hour notice, $20 will be added to your base
fare to compensate for last minute schedule changes.

- I'm a frequent traveler. Do you have any
special services for me?
Frequent Traveler Program:
In appreciation for your frequent
business, we
will monitor the number of trips you take each calendar quarter. For every 10
or more paid fares, you'll receive $50 worth of "Silver Certificates"
which can be used for any future service with Silver Fox Limousine.

Prepaid Fares:
If you'd like to streamline the payment
process, we can set you up on our "prepayment plan". We'll process your fare on the
credit card of your choice after each trip, then fax or e-mail you a
receipt. Ask

- What if I need to travel with a pet?
We are glad to provide transportation for your pet's
vacation as well, however we need to know in advance and you'll need to use
a pet carrier. We will consider this private car service and add $25
to the base fare.
There is no charge for guide
dogs.

- What about child car seats?
It is the parents' responsibility to provide child car
seats, as required by Illinois State Law.
|
- Do I need to use a seat belt since I'll be riding in
the back of a vehicle?
For your safety we highly
recommend that you use seat
belts at all times. Even though our chauffeurs are safe drivers, we have no
control over all the traffic conditions surrounding our vehicles.

- Are you available on holidays?
We are closed on Christmas Eve (starting and 5:00 p.m.) and
all day Christmas so our staff can be with their families, too.
We do operate on all other holidays but the rates are 1.5 times
the normal fare (including New Year's Eve starting at noon).
